气象参数对急性心肌梗死事件发生频率的影响:一项回顾性研究

目的:环境因素、饮食、运动、吸烟以及心理和生理压力会影响急性心肌梗死(AMI)的发生频率。天气事件也会影响这一频率。本研究旨在调查土耳其阿马西亚地区的气象参数对AMI发生频率的影响。

材料与方法:我们评估了6年间AMI亚型(如不稳定型心绞痛[USAP]、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死[NSTEMI]或ST段抬高型心肌梗死[STEMI])的发生频率与气象参数之间的关联。

结果:AMI发生频率在冬季显著增加。在夏季,平均气压与NSTEMI事件数量之间存在显著正相关关系。夏季STEMI风险比冬季高1,174倍,比春季高1,214倍。冬季非ST段抬高型心肌梗死风险比夏季高1,138倍。冬季USAP风险比夏季高1,350倍。在夏季,总降水量与USAP事件数量之间观察到显著正相关关系。在气象参数中,气温与AMI风险密切相关。

结论:我们观察到,当平均气温较低时,尤其是冬季,AMI发生频率会增加。因此,提高避免长时间暴露在寒冷天气中的意识有助于降低与低温相关AMI的风险。
